Kelly Semeyn resides in Douglas, Georgia. With over 15 years of experience, she has dedicated her career to teaching K-6th grade special education as a co-teacher in general education classrooms, specializing in English Language Arts, Reading, and Math. Kelly has worked extensively with students struggling to read at various levels and has observed their success and growth through the implementation of targeted interventions and specialized instructional strategies.

Mrs. Lucinda
Miss Lucinda Gordon was first a professional ballet dancer and began instructing all ages in different dance forms when she was only sixteen. This began an early passion for teaching and helping others to learn, grow, and achieve success. Lucinda later became an international missionary and spent several years in East Africa. After completing education degrees, she began working with different elementary grades in America and overseas as well as developing curriculum.
Lucinda considers herself a lifelong learner, and always encourages her students to be lifelong learners as well. Reading has always been one of her favorite activities, and helping students to find so much joy in reading that they want to keep on reading when they put their schoolbooks down is what makes teaching so rewarding. With undergraduate and graduate degrees in education, continuing work on a doctorate program in curriculum and instruction, and twelve years of experience, Lucinda has the knowledge and skills to help students accomplish their learning goals.

Mrs. Tiffany career journey includes extensive work with children who have unique learning challenges, allowing her to develop tailored strategies that empower each child to thrive. Tiffany's commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning atmosphere is evident in her creative lesson plans and hands-on learning activities.

Outside the classroom, Mrs. Alice is an active advocate for early literacy programs and enjoys hosting family reading nights and community book drives. Her goal is to create a lifelong love of reading in her students, empowering them to explore the world through the pages of a book.
With her warm and engaging teaching style, Mrs. Alice creates a classroom environment where young learners feel safe, supported, and inspired to dive into the adventures that books offer. Her dedication to fostering a love for reading is a gift she eagerly shares with each new group of kindergartners.

Mrs. Olivia Reynolds is a seasoned educator and instructional coach who has devoted her career to enhancing literacy education. With over 15 years of experience in the classroom, primarily as a reading teacher, Olivia now serves as an instructional coach, guiding and mentoring reading teachers to achieve excellence in their practice.
Holding a Master’s degree in Literacy Education, Olivia’s expertise spans from foundational reading skills to advanced comprehension strategies. Her deep understanding of the complexities of literacy development and her passion for fostering a love of reading in students are the cornerstones of her approach.

I am an elementary school teacher with a Master’s degree in Education, dedicated to fostering a love of learning in young minds. I’m passionate about creating an engaging, supportive classroom environment where every student can thrive. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy baking, biking, and painting, and I’m always looking for new ways to incorporate my interests into my teaching to inspire my students.
